Jason T. Endlich has more than 20 years of financial experience and has spent the last two decades working in the in the energy industry. As the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Thermal Generation he is responsible for business planning, procurement and financial management for Talen Energy’s Susquehanna Nuclear, PJM Fossil and ERCOT business units, which consists of nearly 13 Gigawatts of generation. Before assuming his current role in February 2022, Mr. Endlich served as Divisional Chief Financial Officer for Talen’s 8 Gigawatt PJM Fossil fleet.
Prior to joining Talen Energy, Mr. Endlich served as Vice President of Asset Management for the Topaz Power Group, LP in Baltimore, Maryland, as well as in a variety of financial leadership roles for its predecessor, Constellation Energy. In each of these roles, Mr. Endlich managed a team responsible for business and financial planning, cash flow and profitability.
Before entering the energy sector, Mr. Endlich served in a number of analyst and financial management positions with AT&T, Morgan Stanley and Deloitte and Touche.
Mr. Endlich is a former certified public accountant in the state of Maryland and received his bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University, as well as completing the Executive Education Program at the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia. At various points in his career, Mr. Endlich held licenses with the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ, as well as being a General Securities Representative and Registered Investment Advisor.
Mr. Endlich is actively involved in community based programs in the Crofton, MD area.
